Ms Donaldson has over 45 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse working across various disciplines. Her professional career as a senior staff member in both Midwifery and the Operating Theatre has given her the expertise and experience to manage a wide range of situations. In addition to her clinical roles, her teaching career at Deakin University, which began in the School of Nursing, has spanned over twelve years. Ms Donaldson currently teaches first and second year, medical students at Deakin University.

As an expert witness, lecturer, senior staff member, and mentor to junior staff, she brings passion to all she does. Ms Donaldson also expects a high level of professionalism and ethical behaviour from herself, her pupils, and her co-workers.

Ms Donaldson meticulously evaluates cases presented to her as an Expert Witness, utilising her experience and knowledge to often discover underlying factors that may not have been apparent in the initial brief.
